We are a yoga centre like no other. Together, our teachers serve the community around us to provide the highest standard of yoga and meditation classes in Manly.
We believe wholeheartedly that yoga is a practice that everybody can enjoy.

Our ethos is simple. We are here to share our love and knowledge of yoga, and its many benefits, with our students. All of our teachers are highly experienced, offering an incredible depth and breadth of yoga knowledge and training. They are truly able to cater to everybody’s needs from beginners to advanced, young people to seniors.

Our beautiful centre provides holistic, well-rounded yoga classes where everyone feels welcomed, supported and transformed by the skills they learn here.

We love seeing the smiles on our yoga students faces as they walk in the door, knowing they are coming to a place of sanctuary from the outside world. A place where they can let-go, re-balance and re-charge. Ready to face their lives again with renewed energy and focus.

Are you looking for a strong yoga class to help you stretch and strengthen?


Whatever your specific needs may be, we have a yoga class for you. From general yoga, to restorative, yin and synergy yoga. And, for those busy working people who would love to practice their yoga but have limited time, we have shorter, more intensive classes available.

New to yoga?

For those new to yoga, we offer our Level 1 and 2 Yoga and Level 1 Meditation beginners courses. We pride ourselves on meeting the needs of those new to yoga because our focus is on cultivating awareness, inner peace and community; rather than on perfecting postures.

At Manly Yoga, students of all levels will feel truly accepted, safe, and nurtured.

The power of awareness

Throughout every class, we encourage breath awareness and mindfulness to help our students relieve stress and tension in their lives. What’s more, we deliver guided relaxation practices in nearly all of our classes, enabling clients to gain deep rest and rejuvenation.
