This afternoon seminar will introduce you to Rasayana, the branch of Ayurveda concerned with rejuvenation and ageing well.

 

You will learn how Ayurveda understands the ageing process and how it can be slowed down through a holistic approach that incorporates diet and lifestyle.

 

Including specific self-care practices, such as abhyanga (oil massage) and meditation that can be used to nourish the tissues of the body.

 

We will look at how to live life in the flow, thus promoting less wear and tear on the body and mind.

 

The seminar will also cover Ayurvedic medicinal herbs that promote tissue regeneration and rejuvenation and the role of Ayurvedic health retreats in helping us to age more gracefully.
